2-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Bagels

One thing about me: if I’m going to start eating breakfast, it has to be quick, easy, and actually good. So I’ve been making these 2-ingredient bagels and y’all… they’re elite. Soft, chewy, perfect for toasting, and so good with cream cheese.

2-Ingredient Bagels (makes 6 medium bagels)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups plain Greek yogurt (thick, not runny)
  • 1 egg, for egg wash
  • Seasonings of choice (everything bagel, sesame seeds, etc.)

How to make them

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Divide dough into 6 pieces, roll each into a rope, and shape into bagels.
  5. Brush with egg wash and add seasonings.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20–22 minutes, then broil 1–2 minutes until golden.

Save this for later. Your future self will thank you.
